The difference: both levels get the full eight weeks, every live session, and weekly reviews. Level two adds three private sessions with Kristen inside the program, so the work gets applied to your specific business one to one.

Will this help me create content?

This course does not cover video editing or the tactical aspects of how to use platforms, recording tools, etc. There are plenty of free resources on YouTube if you need that assistance.
What if I've tried other programs and nothing worked?
That usually means the root issue wasn't addressed.
If your identity doesn't feel safe being seen, no amount of strategy will stick. You need both and most programs focus on one.

How quickly will I see results?
