I've participated in many marketing trainings, but what I experienced with Kristen was on a completely different level.
Most of the trainings I've done focused on how to use the platforms, create content and organise a strategy. And while all of that has its place, I always felt there was something missing. Because knowing the strategy is one thing, actually being able to show up and be seen is another.

She goes into all the layers that sit underneath showing up, the psychology, our past experiences, trauma, the fears and patterns we carry without even realising how much they affect the way we put ourselves out there. These are the things that, for me, no marketing training had ever really touched.
And Kristen doesn't just teach this as a concept. She has this incredible ability to tune into the person in front of her. She listens, she sees what is really going on underneath, and somehow gets to the heart of things. It feels deeply personal rather than like generic marketing advice that could be given to anyone.
